All records displayed on RecentlyBooked.com originate from publicly available government sources. These records are considered public information at the time they are published by the originating agency.
Do You Charge for Mugshot Removal?
No. RecentlyBooked.com does not charge fees for record removal, suppression, or modification. We do not sell personal data or offer paid reputation management services.
Records We Will Remove or Update
We will remove or update records in the following situations:
- Charges dismissed
- Expunged or sealed records
- Incorrect or outdated information
- Wrong person listed
- Juvenile records
- Duplicate entries
Records That Cannot Be Removed
We cannot remove records that are accurate, current, and still publicly available from the originating law enforcement agency unless they meet one of the criteria listed above.
Removal Request Requirements
Requests must include:
- URL of the record from RecentlyBooked.com
- Full name of the individual listed
- Date of the arrest
- State and county of the arrest
- Legal documentation (if applicable)
